Once Your Order is Placed You'll Receive:

• An order confirmation with product(s) purchased
• Processing takes approximately 1-5 business day(s)

Once Your Item Is Shipped You'll Receive:

• An email confirmation with a tracking number 
• We ship items as soon as possible, since some products have a slightly longer processing time you may receive your order in separate shipments. 
• We use Priority shipping which will usually arrive in 4-7 business days.

Please note, we may experience delays in processing and shipping due to Covid.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 1–5 business day(s). 

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All deliveries usually take about 4-7 business days. During busy holiday times such as Christmas, the delivery times may take longer.
